Terms of sale

01Terms of sale
These terms apply when you buy a product from Atelier Stateful. Each product also has its own terms, and these terms incorporate them.
The seller
The seller is Steven Lacroix, a sole proprietor registered in Québec, doing business as Atelier Stateful (“we”).
Product terms
Each product has its own terms and its own refund policy. They tell you what you buy, how you receive it, and how you can use it. These terms incorporate them:
- Arcful: the Terms of Service (arcful.app/terms) and the Refund Policy (arcful.app/refunds).
If the terms of a product and these terms conflict, the terms of the product apply to that product.
Payment
Purchases use Stripe Managed Payments. Link, a Stripe service, is the merchant of record for your purchase: it takes the payment, collects any sales tax, and provides transaction support. Checkout and your receipt show “Sold through Link”.
Your card statement shows LINK.COM* followed by ATELIER STATEFUL, which your bank can shorten.
Stripe’s Consumer Terms also apply to your purchase.
Refunds
The refund policy of each product tells you when and how you can get a refund. For Arcful, see its Refund Policy. For a question about the payment itself, you can also contact Link support.
This website
The website terms cover the use of atelierstateful.com itself.
Governing law
The laws of Québec, and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Québec, govern these terms. This does not remove the protection that the mandatory consumer law of your place of residence gives you.
Changes
If we change these terms, we publish the new version on this page with a new date. A change does not reduce the rights that come with a purchase that you already made.
Contact
Send questions about these terms to hello@atelierstateful.com. The support page gives the contact for each product.
